I offer personalized, guided fly fishing, light tackle sight fishing and casting lessons for groups or individuals, welcoming beginners to avid anglers. Clients will be guided from an ultra-shallow water skiff primarily sight casting to redfish and speckled sea trout.  It’s what I do… poling anglers in a foot or less of water in pursuit of trophy trout and redfish. The laguna is extremely shallow, one’s skiff has to make long runs, float very shallow and pole with certain agility. I currently run a 2022 custom Sabine skiff and a 2010 Hell’s Bay Ambush. Here in the lower Laguna Madre, we stalk some of the largest sea trout in the world. Redfish are the prominent species sought after in the lower Laguna Madre and are referred to as ‘King of the flats’.

One 6 hour guided fishing charter daily, for 1-2ppl
